Delete your Space Voyage account
In the game
- Open your profile from the home screen.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete account, then Yes, delete my account.
Without the game
Email mundaneapps@gmail.com from the Google email address used to sign in, with the subject Delete my Space Voyage account. Tell us that you want your Space Voyage account and game data deleted. We may ask for information to verify ownership. Do not send your password, payment-card details, or a sign-in code.
What is deleted
The deletion covers your Space Voyage profile, display name, handle, stars, crystals (including bought crystals), upgrades, rockets, ports, objectives, streak, and associated completed-run records. Deleted run records no longer appear in the leaderboards. This does not delete your Google account or unrelated MundaneApps product data.
What may be kept
Purchase and refund records may remain for accounting and fraud prevention after their direct player link is removed. Provider records, including data already collected by analytics or advertising services, follow those providers' retention rules. Contact us if you want help requesting deletion of those records too.
Timing and cancellation
The game schedules deletion after a 30-day cancellation period. If you change your mind before the deadline, sign in and choose Cancel deletion. Signing in alone is not a cancellation. For an email request, we will confirm the request and the scheduled deletion date after verifying ownership.
Guest progress and purchases
Guest progress is stored locally; clear the game's app data or uninstall it to remove that local copy. Deleting an account does not itself clear every device's local data and does not refund purchases. To request a refund, use Google Play's refund process.
