Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Heads-Up account and exactly what happens to your data.

In the app (fastest way)

1. Open Heads-Up and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation dialog and tap Delete.

What happens next

Your cloud account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later. During those 30 days you can recover everything by simply signing back in. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

This does not cancel your subscription

If you have a Pro or Pro+ subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it: no app can cancel a subscription billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Cancel it directly in the store:

• Manage subscriptions on Google Play
• Manage subscriptions on the App Store

No longer have the app installed?

Email info@mundaneapps.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you on the same 30-day schedule.
